Please review our Privacy Notice for more information about your choices regarding the Personal Information we collect about you and how to contact us. If you would like to submit a request regarding your personal information, please complete and submit the following web form. To verify your identity, we will send you an email that requires you to confirm you made this privacy request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to process your request.

Alternatively, you can make a Privacy Request by calling us directly at 888-232-4535.

Please be aware that if you request deletion of your data, we will permanently delete all of the Personal Information we have collected from you, subject to an exception under applicable law. Any AE + Aerie accounts, marketing subscriptions and memberships will be terminated and no longer be accessible.
